DDoS Protection

Security is a top priority on our servers. Our hosting infrastructure is protected from attack which in-turn protects the hosted websites.

• Our Servers use load balancing, caching, powerful database clusters and more so that they are optimized for very high loads. The hosted websites are installed into the load balanced cloud clusters, in other words our hosted websites are spread over many VPS instances that can be scaled automatically when needed. This sort of infrastructure ensures that there is no single server for a website that can be easily DDoS’ed.
• As we mentioned earlier, we use load balancing. Our servers use many load balancers. Although every server and balancer has its network connection speed limit, we can add as many as possible and new balancers can be added automatically.
• Our Linux systems are tuned for high performance and hundreds of thousands of connections.
• Our cloud technology can automatically expand if traffic increases. This automatic scalability enables the cloud cluster to handle high load and any http based DDoS attack.
• We use hardware DDoS protection at the datacenter level.
• We use different AntiDDoS techniques to help prevent DDoS requests from hitting our backend servers (Apache, PHP, MySQL etc). This way the load caused by a DDoS attack does not affect websites’ performance at all.

Our DDoS protection service is FREE. In most cases our system can handle any attack no matter how big the size is. We will not take your website offline like other host providers do, instead we will work as hard as possible to fight back and get your website online. In case of sophisticated attacks, we will work with our client to come up with available solutions.
