Refund Policy
Our refund policy is here to make our clients happy and respected. We expect the same from our clients. We advice clients to make use of the refund instead of initiating a chargeback. If a chargeback is initiated, we will also dispute it and provide proof of service which leads to us winning the case most times.
Refund
We do not offer refunds on WordPress designs, domain name registrations and any other administrative services.
We offer refunds in some cases with our hosting plans only.
- If you have purchased a discounted hosting plan (i.e. 6 months or 1 year) and you decide to discontinue the service within a couple of months, you are eligible for a refunds but you will loose the discount and be charged the normal rate before the refund is initiated. For example : You purchase CloudLevel 1 for 1 year at $120/year ($10/month, regular: $15/month) and your requested a refund after 6 month, we will revoke the discount by charging you 15*6=$90 and refund you with $30.
- If you have purchased a hosting plan with a free domain deal, we will deduct the full price of the domain name before issuing you the refund.
- If you request a refund on a promo/deal plan, the deal will be forfeited and you will be charged at the standard price for the number of free months used.
- We do not offer refunds for monthly plans, after the ‘money back guarantee’ period is over.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks are used by consumers to dispute transactions and secure a refund for their purchase.
Basically, a chargeback voids a card transaction, withdraws funds that were previously deposited into the merchant’s account and credits it to the consumer.
So, isn’t this basically a refund?
Well, no. Chargebacks are different from refunds. For a refund, the consumer contacts the business for a refund while for chargebacks, the consumer goes over the merchant and asks the bank/processor to forcibly remove funds from the business’s account back to them.
Will the bank/processor always forcibly move funds back to the consumer?
If the bank/processor judges the cardholder’s request as valid, the funds will be removed from the merchant’s account and returned to the consumer.
We consider all chargebacks as fraudulent and advice client use the refund process by contacting us. If we receive a chargeback from a client, we will immediately discontinue the client’s service and initiate a dispute which we are guaranteed to win. We keep every form of evidence of service provided.
Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 7 day money back guarantee with no questions asked. This refund is for hosting plans only and excludes the cost of a domain name both free or paid. The money back guarantee can only be used on first time accounts. It cannot be used multiple times by the same client whether or not the client has one or multiple hosting plans.
